What are the drugs you source for us? All drugs that we offer on this site are in their generic form, and listed by their brand name. Every drug in existence is given a generic name upon its creation. The most popular and mass marketed drugs are then given a copyright brand or trade name for sales purposes. This is very similar to the way actors use a stage name. Just as the actor is one person with two names, these drugs are one chemical with two names. Stage names and brand names serve the same purpose, for the public to identify and easily remember the specific drug. Our drugs are manufactured in India, home to an enormous pharmaceutical industry, largely owned and operated by US drug companies. Under international law, Indian patent law allows scientists to reverse-engineer the active molecule of brand name drugs using a different process than the original patent, thereby allowing these manufacturers to obtain a process patent of their own. These drugs, legally made and patented in India without huge development and advertising costs, can be sold legally worldwide, at a fraction of the cost of the name brand they duplicate.
Drug News Update - Parents of teens underestimate own teens' substance use. Parents of teens likely underestimate own teens' substance use, while overestimating marijuana and alcohol use by teens nationally
The latest C.S. Mott Children's Hospital National Poll on Children's Health from the University of Michigan finds that few parents (10 percent) believe their own teens, ages 13 to 17 years old, have used alcohol in the last year and even fewer (5 percent) believe their own teens have used marijuana in the last year.
Those levels are substantially below what teens themselves reported in the latest Monitoring the Future study, where 52 percent of 10th graders reported drinking alcohol in the last year and 28 percent of 10th graders reported using marijuana in the last year.
